Where do the boats depart from?
Most yachts leave from marinas in the Cancun hotel zone, Puerto Juárez or Playa Mujeres. We tell you the exact pier when you book.
What is included in a private yacht?
Captain and crew, fuel for the planned route, snorkel gear and soft drinks. Open bar, food and water toys can be added.
How do I pay?
A deposit confirms your date; the balance is paid before boarding. Ask us on WhatsApp for current options.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the port authority closes the port, we reschedule or refund. Your safety comes first.
